本项目定位为超高层的国际5A甲级写字楼，集购物、餐饮、休闲、娱乐、旅游、金融、文化功能于一体，进行全方位服务的高档区域，并具有地区标识性。

This project is located in the  south of Hengqin port building。The masterplan design comprise one high-rise mixed use office and service apartment tower,and one office tower,and retail mall。The above ground GFA for the whole development is 130860.4 sq.m,and plot ratio of 5.5。

The project is envisagated as a regional landmark of international grade-A offices,it will become a landmark complex integrating the functions of office,shopping,F&B,leisure,entertainment,tourism,finance,culture,a high-end service district.
