华森公司致力于装配式建筑领域的研究。2016年依托中国建设科技集团4+1的平台模式获得了建设部颁发的第一批换牌后的国家装配式建筑产业化基地授牌，并成立装配式建筑工程中心部门。公司参与集团主编及参与装配式建筑相关的国家规范、规程图集达十多项，华森负责设计的装配式建筑面积超过100万平米，装配式建筑项目涉及钢结构、预制混凝土构件、内装一体化、BIM信息管理等领域的相关设计。

Huasen Architecture is committed to the field of Fabricated Building. Relying on the platform mode of 4+1 of China Construction Technology Group, the first batch of national assembly building industrialization base license awarded by the Ministry of Construction has been awarded in 2016 ,and established the Prefabricated building engineering center. Huasen participated in the group editor in chief and participated in the assembly building related national standard, the rule atlas achieves more than 10 items.And Huasen was responsible for the design of the Fabricated building area of more than 1 million square meters,the Fabricated building projects involve steel structure, prefabricated concrete components, internal integration, BIM information management and other related design.

（一）两个一体化

一体化设计：装配式建筑是按照系统的思想，将结构系统、外围护系统、内装系统和设备管线系统四个组成部分进行集成的成品建筑。装配式建筑设计需要建筑、结构、机电、内装、智能化、造价等各专业进行一体化设计；

一体化建造：装配式建筑的建设需要策划、设计、生产、运输、装配、运维等 各环节进行一体化建造。

Two integration:

The design of integration: Fabricated Building is a kind of finished building which integrates the four components of structural system, envelope system, internal system and equipment pipeline system according to the idea of system.

The build of integration: The construction of assembling building needs the integration of planning, design, production, transportation, assembly, operation and maintenance.

干法作业为主、连接可靠，施工高效、确保安 全的新型建造方式

The way of Construction:

New construction method with main dry operation, reliable connection, efficient construction and safety assurance.

（四）实施目标：“三提两减”

提升建筑工程质量安全水平；提高劳动生产效率；提升建筑寿命；减少资源能源浪费；减少施工污染。
