总体布局充分利用东南侧优质景观，高层住宅围绕地块北侧、西侧和南侧呈“U”型布局，将东侧完全开敞并尽量打开东南角，既充分向景观面展开，又呈环抱态势，利用地块南北方向较长的特点形成大纵深的半围合内庭园，沿地块边缘布置建筑并使其面向庭院的方式，令区内绝大部分的住宅均能享受到内庭院和大运会的双重景观资源。
